If you are a participant in the Mindfulness 2.0 class or have previously taken the Mindfulness 2.0 class, you are eligible to participate in the silence retreat.
The cost is included in the payment for the Mindfulness 2.0 class. If you are not a participant in classes currently running, please RSVP using the link above to see if there is space and a suggested donation if you are repeating the retreat. You dont have to pay anything if you weren’t able to take the retreat or it was cancelled.
This will be a hybrid silence retreat with the option to join online and for people in Amherst area can join me in person.
