If you are a participant in the MBSR class or have previously taken the MBSR class, you are eligible to participate in the silent retreat.
The cost is included in the payment for the MBSR class. If you are not currently attending the MBSR class, please RSVP to see if there is space and a suggested donation. You don’t have to pay anything if you were not able to take the silent retreat with your MBSR class or it was cancelled.
This will be a hybrid silence retreat with the option to join online and for people in Amherst area can join me in person.
