I have created this program after thousands of hours of mindfulness training from some of the best mindfulness teachers, research in neuroscience and psychology, and personal search to carry forward the benefits of mindfulness into how we live, work, and learn.

  • More Than Awareness: This program breaks down mindfulness into 8 qualities of the mind that you will be systematically developing. Mindfulness is more than awareness and focus. For example, you will be developing qualities such as energy, appreciative joy, and balance, which are not typically emphasized in mindfulness trainings.
  • More Than Meditation: This program is more than daily meditation. Real change happens when we also cultivate insight to see the bigger picture and consequences of our actions and act on these insights to practice skillful actions.
  • Daily Reminders: You will receive daily reminders by email with daily meditations, insight training(Sit with it tips) and suggestions to think, speak, and act skillfully (Run with it tips).
  • A Secular Program: If you have already taken the popular Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program and would like to continue to deepen your understanding and integration of mindfulness in a secular way, this program allows you to do that.
  • Combining Mindfulness Wisdom with Science: This program is grounded in teachings from original mindfulness texts backed by research in neuroscience, psychology, and management. Read my published and award winning research here.
  • Practice Anytime, Anywhere: You will receive daily emails with guided meditations and tips. You can practice mindfulness anytime, anywhere.
  • Daily Breakthroughs: The focus of this program is to make small breakthroughs every day in how you think and act. This will energize and motivate you to keep practicing.

What If I Can’t Afford It?

My mission is to make mindfulness accessible to everyone interested and committed.

For less than $2 per day for 8 weeks you are receiving systematic support to develop skills that will help you enhance the quality of your work, relationships, health, and life in general. This is an investment you are making in yourself that will most likely save you time and money and provide benefits all your life. You get life-time access to this program. You can return to the practices and online community any time you want. As such the cost of this program is negligible.
If you can’t afford to pay $199, please email me and we will work something that works for you. No one is denied access to this wisdom because of financial constraints.

What if I need additional support?

If you need additional support you can sign up for the online training with private mentoring.

You can schedule half-hour calls for private instruction, clarifications of nuances, and addressing your questions and challenges. For $279 you get a discounted half-hour call along with the basic program.

About Me

Shalini Bahl, Ph.D.

Mindfulness Educator, Researcher, & Consultant

I am committed to making mindfulness accessible to individuals and organizations to transform how we live, work, and learn. Having worked with thousands of people around the world, I recognize the importance of knowing our minds and developing skills to change habitual ways of thinking and reacting. In the absence of awareness, we are limited by our past experiences that continue to determine how we experience and act in the face of changing situations.
My research in the transformative potential of awareness and mindfulness has been published in premier marketing, consumer research, and public policy journals. I have been fortunate to work with a wide variety of organizations including non-profits, schools, and organizations such as Northwestern Mutual and Salesforce.

I received my PhD training in marketing from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass and am a Chartered Accountant (equivalent of CPA). My mindfulness training includes certification from the Center for Mindfulness, UMass Medical School and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (the mindfulness program that started at Google).
