Mindfulness Mentoring

While learning in groups offers many benefits, some people learn better one-on-one. This is another way to deepen and continue your practice with me. With this offering I can customize the training to address your individual needs and goals. This can be for you alone or a small group of people that you would like to practice with, such as your friends, team members, or like-minded individuals. This option is good for you if:

  • You need more flexibility than a group offers.
  • You need flexible hours and place to meet.
  • You are not in Western Mass and want to work with me.
  • You would like to continue to practice with me to deepen your practice and integration of mindfulness in life and work.
  • You would like on-going support to live mindfully.

Mindfulness Retreats

Retreats are offered over weekends from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm in a quiet, peaceful setting. A few benefits of the silence retreats are that you can:

  • Deepen your personal mindfulness practice.
  • Unplug and give rest to the mind and body.
  • Refresh and re-energize from a day of meditations and mindful walking.
  • Deepen your relationship when practicing with a partner.
  • Connect with yourself and nature.

Shalini creates a space that is smart, warm, inviting, and lighthearted for us to do the important work of our lives. I am by nature a contented introvert, and I only share freely in a group when I feel completely supported. I was surprised to find myself connecting without self-consciousness in this unique group environment. Shalini's leadership skills made this experience possible and extremely rewarding. Thank you, Shalini!

Leda, Author

I had a great experience with the Introduction to Mindfulness Course! Even after 6 sessions I found concrete ways to improve my communications and it has already had an impact on my entire family. I highly recommend it.
